You know, I started writing out my sob story, but really I think I'm over it all. I had a less than ideal childhood and all I can do is make sure that life is better for my kids!
So how did I get to where I am at this stage in life? Laziness for the most part. Find the best way to be lazy and still get what you need to get done. Help other people out as a matter of fact and you'll get what YOU want.

Electric Power Train on a Bus 160km Range
This would make me take the bus if it was my only alternative:City buses traveling a total of 210 km per day will have an effective fuel economy of 4.7 liters per 100 km, or 50 miles per gallon. MESA should be an Olympic triple jump past the 47L/100 km (5 mpg) performance of traditional diesel buses. That translates to an estimated annual reduction in greenhouse-gas emissions of 4250 metric tons per bus, or 5.5 billion tons per year if all of China’s 1.3 million diesel buses were replaced with MESA power trains.

A real plan to bring electric cars to fruition.
Hybrids? Like a mermaid... when you want a fish you get a woman, when you want a woman, you get a fish.
What is the problem with electric cars today? You have to buy the batteries. Seperate ownership of the battery from the ownership of the car and you get a very affordable car with a very profitable yet affordable refueling network of battery stations.
Dependancy on oil? Like slavery... the Brits emancipated slaves after a month of deliberation in parliament. What effect would it have on the economy was the major argument. They didn't do it in percentages such as 20% this year, another 20% next year, they did it all at once. The result? An industrial revolution within a year.
Believe it or not, Israel has signed on with this guy, as has Hawaii and Denmark. They'll have little to no gas powered vehicles within the next 5 years.
But enough of me yammering about it. Watch this guy's speech, then decide for yourself whether or not you're on board.
